My recent stay at Hideaway Retreat Norfolk Island was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The manager, Karen, met me at the airport and had my hire car ready to go. The chalet I stayed in was fully equipped with everything I needed, and it was spotlessly clean. I loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the trees outside my window. The location of Hideaway Retreat was ideal - secluded and peaceful, yet just a short drive away from the town of Burnt Pine. I also appreciated the convenience of having a laundry facility on site. I had a fantastic experience at Hideaway Retreat Norfolk Island and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was great, close to town and with beautiful views of the ocean and rainforest. the apartment was very clean, spacious and had well, equipped kitchens. the grounds were peaceful and well, maintained.
The lack of WIFI in the valley apartments was a downside, as you had to go up to the pool area for service. the orchard was hard to find, and better signage would have been helpful.

We stayed in the chalet apartment with a comfortable room and well-equipped kitchen. the location was close to everything on the island, and the view down over the vast valley was breathtaking. the manager Karen was friendly and made us feel welcome. the laundry facilities were convenient, and the extensive lawns were well-maintained.
The WIFI only had service up the hill, which was inconvenient.

Had a wonderful Easter experience. The location was perfect, close to town with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding rainforest. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the spacious outdoor area perfect for barbequing and relaxing by the pristine pool. Another advantage was the tennis court, which was an added bonus.
The lack of screens in the bedroom windows. This made it difficult as we could not get a nice breeze in the room.
